Are you a passionate and experienced marketing leader who can leverage demand generation strategy drive growth? Do you have a proven track record of creating and executing effective marketing campaigns that generate leads, conversions, and revenue? If so, we want you to join our team

As a Revenue Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our growth marketing strategy, overseeing all marketing channels, tactics and campaigns while optimizing performance. You will work closely with the sales and BDR teams to identify and leverage growth opportunities, test and scale new marketing initiatives, and measure and report on the impact of campaigns on overall revenue and pipeline. You will also manage and mentor a team of revenue marketers, ensuring that they have the skills, tools, and resources to achieve their goals.
- Develop and execute the revenue marketing strategy, aligning it with the Financial Technology business objectives and go-to-market priorities
- Design and run experiments to test and validate new marketing ideas, channels, and tactics
- Analyze and report on the performance marketing campaigns, using data and insights to optimize and improve our ROI
- Manage a team of revenue marketers, providing them with guidance, feedback, and coaching
- Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and tools in growth marketing, and share your knowledge and insights with the team and the company
- Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or English
- Experience Required: At least 5 years
