Office Administrator

Bird Fuels is a growing company looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Team.
This person would be reporting to our Controller and be the first point of contact for our customers.
- excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- 5 years experience
- strong customer service skills and communication skills both written and orally
- willingness to learn new software and products
- the ability to work in a team atmosphere
- The responsibilities of this job would include_
- Batch / File
- creating and processing Fuel & Lubricant deliveries & Transfers
- Billing customers for their purchases
- Monitor / Reconcile fuel.
- Scan / send tickets and invoicing to customers as required
- Make bank deposit / electronic deposits
- Take customer fuel and lubricant orders
- Create delivery tickets and dispatch orders.
- 1st point of contact.
- Record customer information.
- Direct calls as fit.
- Provide general assistance / answer inquires
- Provide information on company
- Lubricant inventory and order as required.
- Order office supplies / stationary as required.
