**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of a one
- or two-year program for Administrative Assistant, Business Administration, office Administration or other related discipline, or equivalent on the job experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting members of the management team with general administrative
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Perform data entry and update databases as needed
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Comply with company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain daily progress communication with clients
- In-house Health & Safety training to be completed when instructed
- Additional administrative support as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
