**How will you contribute?**
The Administrative & Logistics Learning Officer is responsible for delivering administrative support for the Organizational Development team, encompassing areas such as Learning, Performance Management, and Recognition. To ensure that programs, activities, and events operate effectively and smoothly, the incumbent will proactively manage administrative, logístical and coordination duties, and act as the primary contact for the team.

The general public to staff one (1) determinate full-time position for a period of 12 months in the Human Resources Directorate.
This selection process may be used to staff determinate or indeterminate positions at the same level with similar requirements.
**Prerequisites**
- Completed University or College degree in Human Resources Management, Adult Education, Learning, Event Planning, or related field, OR an acceptable combination of education, and relevant experience;
- Experience in learning and development, training, and corporate events, an asset;
- Previous experience working within with a parliamentary hill organization, an asset;
- Proactive work style with strong interpersonal skills and a client service orientation;
- Excellent administrative, planning, organization, and forward-thinking abilities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for database management, report generation, and communication;
- Experience working with clients and coordinating programs and/or events;
- Team player with effective oral and written communication skills in both official languages.
