With your passion for building and managing long-lasting relationships, you’ll help us continue to expand our reach while setting our partners up for success. You’ll also create a continuous, irresistible value that keeps everyone satisfied.

As a National Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the bridge between SKIP and the head offices of our national restaurant partners. These are large-scale B2B partnerships with national restaurant brands covering large territories with multiple locations from coast to coast. You’ll be building long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial and growth-oriented. Strong business acumen is a must in order to develop strategies, present insights, and communicate effectively to solve problems as they arise. **What’s On Your Plate**:

- Build effective relationships with key corporate restaurant partners to enhance collaboration and understanding
- Coaching corporate level partners on network best practices and optimization opportunities
- Build lasting relationships with partners, driving mutually-beneficial value by understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Determine and execute upon the needs and interests of our partner brands
- Leverage data and trends to leverage actionable insights in favour of optimizing your partners’ success on the Skip network
- Proactively seek to find creative solutions to meet internal brand performance KPIs
- Handle and respond to objections with transparency and support
- Establish credibility and rapport with existing partners, communicating industry, delivery and SkipTheDishes updates to your contacts
- Use effective techniques to explicitly understand partners needs
- Effectively articulate the advantages of an idea or plan to partnered national chains across Canada.
- Demonstrate effective time management
- Present yourself professionally as an exceptional brand ambassador

**Recipe for Success**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in partnerships/account management
- Strong business acumen is a must, degree or educational background in Business considered an asset
- Strong relationship-building skills, leading with empathy and transparency
- Experience in sales and coaching others
- Able to understand and communicate data, insights and trends
- Project management experience; working cross-functionally with internal and external partners to bring marketing and growth initiatives to life
- Hold yourself to a high standard of integrity
- Have a positive and impactful personality
- Thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional communication skills, additional languages considered an asset
