About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, service-oriented, organized and collaborative team player to join us on the Global Marketing Team as a Product Marketing & Partnerships Marketing Manager. The Product Marketing & Partnerships Marketing Manager for the Global Marketing team will be responsible for leading the day to day marketing plans, positioning and go-to-markets for all Travel Styles including key partnership products including National Geographic Journeys, Roamies by Hostelworld & G Adventures and The Jane Goodall Collection. You will also take the lead on partnership management working with key internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for go-to-market strategies, project management and commercial analysis of your product lines. All in all, you’ll get to collaborate with a great group of hardworking and fun individuals while bringing G Adventures products and marketing to life.

What You'll be Doing:
- Actively contribute to the Global Marketing team and all of G Adventures in a collaborative and meaningful way that helps support, inspire, and motivate fellow colleagues, direct reports and managers alike- Understand and become an expert in our industry, our business, our culture and customer and use that knowledge to creative effective, impactful, strategic and share-worthy work- Oversee all G Adventures Travel Styles at a strategic level, working with the Director of Marketing to develop brand strategies and brand positioning that will drive commercial results, working with the regions to set forecasts for performance and determine budget needs for global marketing strategies and contractual agreements, analyzing market and competitor trends- Develop the vision and brand strategies for the 3 existing partnerships (Nat Geo, Hostelworld & JGI) and ensure all aspects of marketing and the customer experience align with both G Adventures and our partners’ goals- Collaborate with global and regional colleagues to translate the partner products and all Travel Style brand strategies into brand plans and compelling and effective go-to-market tactics.- Manage go to market for all new tours and work closely with product colleagues in supporting developing, launching and reporting on new product- Manage and own the unique product requirements document for each Travel Style and may be required to work on new product requirements using market research, competitive and additional tools for new product creation.- Manage product partnerships on a day to day basis, including handling all internal and partner requests, reviewing and reporting commercial results, leading the merchandising of trips, brief-writing, brochure proofing, reviewing and approving marketing materials, performing competitive analyses- Provide ongoing commercial reporting and analysis versus targets and develop and implement solutions to address shortfalls for Travel Styles- Develop brochure pagination strategies for all product lines- Lead and support any new partnership pitches, working alongside relevant team members including product, commercial, operations, legal, finance and technology teams- Look for areas of improvement within the current trips and end to end customer experience

Desired Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s degree program required, preferably in business, marketing, travel and tourism or a related field- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in partnership marketing, account management, product marketing and/or project management working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment- Knowledge of and experience in the adventure travel market is desirable- A strong critical thinker who has the ability to turn high level strategies into concrete plans- Possesses strong organization and leadership skills and demonstrates strong initiative, with an entrepreneurial spirit- Strong communication skills and abili
