Sustainability and innovation are at the heart of all of our sectors which, in North America include Advisory, Built Environment, Energy, Transportation, and Water.Client Relationship Manager / Account Lead - Metrolinx- Mott MacDonald is currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced Account Leader interested in supporting the development and growth of the Metrolinx relationship for Mott MacDonald across Canada.- This role is critical for building and maintaining Mott MacDonald’s relationship with a platinum client, aligning strategic growth objectives with executable programs centered around Growth, Client Experience and Winning Work through compelling value propositions and connections between various teams at Mott MacDonald. This will include efforts that position us for long lead priority pursuits, and the mobilization of delivery teams to drive client satisfaction.- A key part of the role will be to facilitate and influence our client relationship teams within Mott MacDonald. Your goal is to connect the potential across Motts and introduce the client to our full breadth of services to meet their needs.- also support the business with the delivery of a variety of projects in a dynamic work environment related to this account and others as required. You will direct project team members in the planning and design of transit, urban mobility, and underground infrastructure projects.- The role will be challenging, demanding, and varied, offering committed support, excellent career development opportunities, with ability to grow with the business across North America.- Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Developing and implementing an account plan, and leading the account team to understand and deliver on client needs comprehensively.
- Developing new and managing existing Client relationships within the overall Metrolinx organization as well as interfacing on relevant proposals and projects.
- Developing and growing the account in response to organizational needs and strategy.
- Identifying opportunities, turning them into prospects and converting the prospects into projects.
- Growing external relationships, building, and maintaining strong networks with key clients, business partners and competitors, driving joint initiatives where appropriate and using these networks to influence, close deals and impact the growth and direction of the business.
- Support the delivery of commercially robust proposals and projects, managing risk and financial performance within the account.
- Position Mott MacDonald for future opportunities and providing support to business development activities and strategic initiatives.
- Acting as a role model and ambassador for Mott MacDonald, articulating and representing the brand, vision, and value proposition internally and externally.
- Ability to cross-sell and collaborate with related services including but not limited to transport planning, civil, structural, systems and tunnels.
- Engagement with Mott MacDonald’s North American practices.
- Providing leadership in compiling quality deliverables for projects. Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams, nurturing an innovative, challenging, collaborative and high performing work environment, which supports and fosters the Mott MacDonald values and culture where results are driven by a total team effort.-

- **A minimum of 10 years of experience with large multi-disciplinary projects in client facing roles**:
- **Experience working with Metrolinx and having a sound understanding of organizational priorities, policies, and practices.**:
- Self-directed nature, with ability to work well / seamlessly with a larger team, including outside experts (e.g., financial, legal, regulatory, etc.)
- Ability to network within a large global organization to bring the best solutions to our clients.
- Strong business acumen and commercial skills, including exceptional client experience.
- Management experience of both large projects and teams, for the total delivery of projects from their inception to construction completion and operation.
- Experience managing financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, subcontractors, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintaining good relationship with clients.
