Client Relationship Manager

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary communication liaison between property owners and our management team.
- Provide timely and informative updates to property owners about their property status, guest feedback, and booking rates.
- Handle inquiries and concerns from property owners with prompt professionalism.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure property issues are resolved and communicated back to the client effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and interventions for each property.
- Participate in regular team meetings to report on client satisfaction and feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Strong customer service or client relationship management background, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
