">We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to lead a book of clients and provide day-to-day leadership support to large, complex clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of high-profile clients, developing strategic plans to meet their needs, and delivering exceptional client service.
About the Role

- You will be accountable for onboarding new client business, including scoping and contracting.">
- You will develop and manage a team of professionals to deliver superior client service, ensuring retention and growth of existing clients.">

- You will build relationships internally and collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.">
Requirements
- ">
- You have 8+ years' experience in a consulting or brokerage environment, gained through leading the design and management of complex client plans.">
- You possess a proven track record of creating, managing, and expanding client relationships.">
- You have demonstrated expertise and business acumen that has driven client acquisition and expansion.">
- You have experience in leading the delivery of key services and results that drive client action and plan performance.">
- You have strong negotiation and relationship management skills.">
- You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.">
- You hold a Provincial Life and Health license (required within 180 days of joining) and a CEBS designation (desired).">
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
