At Oracle RMS, we are a leading insurance brokerage seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive client relationships, collaborating with our Underwriters, and managing client policy renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with our Underwriting team to ensure seamless policy processing and issue resolution.
  • Manage client policy renewals, including re-marketing existing clients and processing outstanding payments.
  • Review property appraisals reports and identify recommendations to optimize client coverage.
  • Process E-Docs and renewal lists, and handle client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist Account Executives with renewals, policy changes, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • RIBO license in good standing, with CIP or CAIB certification an asset.
  • Sound knowledge of the insurance industry, policies, and products.
  • 1-2 years' experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR/TSR, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
