Reporting to the Director of Client Relationship Management, the Associate will serve as a key member of our dynamic and high-performing CRM team.

The incumbent will work closely with internal teams to coordinate the preparation and execution of investment and performance reporting, investment strategy reviews, and other key client deliverables on a wide range of IMCO investment strategies, risk oversight and end-to-end solutions. The role will support client-facing relationship managers, contribute to the delivery of high-quality and timely reporting and service to IMCO’s institutional clients.

What you will do:
- Providing best-in-class investment and risk reporting, servicing, and support to IMCO’s institutional clients.-
- Produce applicable reports and analysis to be utilized by the CRM senior team in the decision-making process and providing support in general analysis and review of the client’s portfolios.- Actively managing an existing client schedule of monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.- Lead the implementation of reporting and operational enhancement requests.- Improve reporting quality checks and reduce manual processes through automation.- Collaborating with portfolio managers and other IMCO teams to coordinate and produce accurate and timely investment, performance reporting as well as other client deliverables.- Developing and maintaining a solid understanding of IMCO's range of investment, risk and operational offerings and solutions.- Developing high quality presentation materials for client meetings and supporting senior relationship managers while interfacing with IMCO clients in both virtual and in person meetings.- Staying on top of market developments and integrate market data and sentiment into reporting and ad hoc analyses.- Gathering data and related information to quickly respond to client information requests.- Conduct research and analysis on a broad range of client-focused topics to support decision making at more senior levels on the CRM team.- Collaboratively working within the Client Relationship Management team to establish long-standing trusted advisor partnerships with institutional clients through IMCO’s CRM framework.

What you will bring:
- A bachelor's degree with emphasis in Finance, Economics or a related discipline.- Investment-related designation such as CFA, FRM, CIPM, CAIA etc. is preferred.- 3 to 5 years of experience working within the investment industry or other relevant field.- Institutional client relationship management experience within the investment industry is preferred.- Exceptional work ethic and strong attention to detail.- Strong interest in the financial markets and investments.- Experience working with and manipulating large, complex data sets.- Knowledge of investment performance and risk concepts.- Strong project management skills.- The ability to translate investment data information into meaningful client commentary is desirable.- Consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to work to tight deadlines and the capability to handle multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and cultivate key partnerships to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.- Self-motivated, proactive and able to change directions quickly.- Technical skills must include a strong background and advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
