Job Description
We are seeking a Client Acquisition and Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across various platforms and channels.
This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual with a strong sales background, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and excellent communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, maximizing client satisfaction, and contributing to our overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Sales Pitch and Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
- Revenue Growth and Account Expansion: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by consistently acquiring new clients and maximizing existing account value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
