**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the USA and Canadian markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and management insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum **of 5 years** of experience in IT and accounting services.
- Strong understanding of the **Canadian market**, with existing networks and connections.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
