Real Estate Assistant/coordinator

We are looking for a motivated individual to join a busy Real Estate team in Ottawa.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in Real Estate preferred, including an understanding of systems used by Realtors
- Self-motivated and can work without supervision
- Organized, detail oriented and flexible
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experienced using Gmail, Google calendar, CRMs and MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Social Media knowledge including Facebook Business
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Provide outstanding customer service and client care
- Maintain client database
- Review, organize & maintain all paperwork associated with every transaction
- Upload all paperwork to office’s online filing system
- Coordinate all tasks needed for listings
- Input MLS listings, upload photos, descriptions, status changes
- Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
- Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Preparing real estate forms and documents
- Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback
- Preparing listing materials and posting property listings
- Managing a client database and preparing reports
- Assisting with closing processes
- Performing other duties as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
