Real Estate Assistant

We are looking for the perfect fit to join a busy Ottawa Real Estate team as a **Full-Time Licensed Assistant**. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks such as; supporting clients, arranging appointments, tracking important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and managing the client database. This is a position with lots of potential to grow. You will be able to build your own real estate business into an empire. In addition to the range of daily admin tasks, you will also support the team with marketing efforts, including content creation for social media and newsletters, planning and participating in client/community events.
**Job requirements**:
- You are a licensed Realtor® or you are in the process of receiving your Ontario Real Estate license
- You live in Ottawa (most of our business is in Barrhaven and Kanata)
- You have the ability to use or learn a wide range of digital systems (CRM, Industry-specific platforms etc.)
- 1+ year(s) experience working in the real estate industry
- 3+ year(s) experience working in an administrative assistant role
- 3+ year(s) experience working in the customer service industry
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have extensive experience using Microsoft Office products such as Excel
- You have access to your own vehicle and a valid G driver’s license
**Assets**:
- You have experience working as a Real Estate Assistant or Real Estate Agent
- You have experience managing various social media accounts for a business
- You have experience managing a CRM
- You have knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act

**Salary**: $15.50-$24.40 per hour
