**Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads based on their motivation, timelines, and financial capabilities to determine their readiness to work with our agents.
- ** Client Education**: Provide information about our real estate services, market trends, and the value we bring to clients, helping them understand the benefits of working with our team.
- ** Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for potential clients to meet with our experienced real estate agents, ensuring a seamless handoff.
- ** Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, appointments, and outcomes using our CRM system.
- ** Collaborative Support**: Work closely with our real estate agents to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into their pipelines.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Strong Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be able to connect with leads and build rapport over the phone.

**Experience**:

- Call Centre Experience: 1 year (required).
- Customer Service Experience: 1 year (required).
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management): 1 year (preferred).
- Appointment Setting: 1 year (preferred).
- Bilingual**:Amazing**
