BOOKKEEPER AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Safeguard Access Products Inc.

Our fast growing and busy paced door business is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our fun and dynamic team and to be apart of our growing office.

We are looking for a unique person that can take complete ownership of the full accounting cycle and manage payroll. Communicate and collaborate effectively with peers and management. A problem solver who, like us, is passionate about doing things right.

Accurately recording client invoices, employee expenses and supplier invoices.

Ensures supplier payments are made on time.

Reconciling bank and credit card statements and analyzing balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.

Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.

Preparing government remittances for payroll, HST, EHT and WSIB.

Managing payroll and benefits including all remittances and reporting.

Preparing month and year-end working papers.

Solving accounting puzzles by researching and reconciling discrepancies and ensuring that the accounting is in good order.

Competently using software such as Quickbooks and Quickbooks online.

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (required)
- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
- Accounting education an asset

Work Location: Cambridge

Full time (40hrs weekly).

**Salary**: $50,000-$55,000, plus bonuses.
