Office Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part time Office Assistant to join our team. As a part time Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office setting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using software such as SAGE, or QuickBooks.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, SAGE 50, or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

- Monday to Friday
