Canada General Warranty Inc. is seeking an individual that will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of administrative, clerical and bookkeeping support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

If you are highly organized, systematic, and have strong administrative and bookkeeping skills this position may be a great opportunity for you.

Key requirements for the position:

- Office administration experience (file systems, supply management, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
- Computer skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English spelling and grammar
- Strong typing skills
- Have experience operating general office equipment(scanner, copier, phone system, etc.)
- Customer service experience would be an asset
- 2 or more years’ office experience would be an asset

Position details:
Hours - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Start date - between May 1 - 15, 2023
