**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Projects:

- Help improve, current costing system/ Bill of Material
- Collect data for costing project and analyze it
- Manage the implementation of a new Inventory Management system
- Help improve and organize document flow for new products
- Help with new product launch - i.e cost calculation, BOM creation
- Reporting:

- Data collection and processing - online sales, including report generation and reconciliation
- Monthly sales reports and data analysis to help with decision making
- Monthly financial reporting and document management
- Bookkeeping/ Record flow/office management:

- Account payable including invoice posting and payments, and credit card transactions, where help needed
- Accounts receivable including posting online sales, customer invoices and receipts
- Help reconcile bank and credit card statements, when help needed

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office 365, especially Excel, database use and proficiency in Internet search and use of different online platforms.
- Some experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role
- Familiarity with QuickBooks desktop is an asset
- Prior exposure to a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Ability to work with multiple priorities under a tight deadline
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive and forward-thinking approach to work
- Strong ability to interact professionally and respectfully with others
- Strong decision and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach
- Strong ability to contribute effectively independently and in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
