Bookkeeper

Job description:
- Perform full cycle accounting: identifying transactions, recording transactions in Quickbooks, adjusting journal entries, financial statements, and closing books
- Monthly financial reporting; including financial statements and variance analysis.
- Keeps financial records to reconcile, maintain and balance various bank accounts
- Manage the company's accounts payable, which includes invoice review and entry
- Preparation and coordination of year-end audit files
About you:
- Native speaker
- Post-secondary diploma, certificate, or degree in bookkeeping/accounting is an asset
- Minimum 2 years experience working with Quickbooks
- Minimum of 10 years current full cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
