**Van Houtte Coffee Services** stands at the forefront of consumer products' rapid expansion. As our **Regional Sales Manager** (RSM), you'll helm VHCS Sales exceeding $50 million in the vibrant territories of British Columbia & Alberta.

**Your responsibilities entail**:
- Directing a dynamic team of up to 20 Sales Professionals across Alberta & British Columbia.
- Spearheading recruitment, training, and development initiatives for your direct reports.
- Fostering employee growth by meticulously tracking performance against team objectives and organizing targeted training.
- Driving technology adoption (CRM, tablets, Sales Force, etc.) within the Sales Team.
- Mentoring and empowering team members to seize lucrative business opportunities.
- Crafting and overseeing the execution of the regional sales budget, holding accountability for results.
- Convening weekly sales meetings and spearheading monthly sales campaigns.
- Collaborating with Marketing Specialists to orchestrate regional product launches, pricing strategies, and tool deployment.
- Working hand in hand with operational Territory Managers in each district to bolster our operating income.

**Requirements**:
- 5 to 7 years of selling experience, preferably in the B2B industry.
- 3 to 5 years of people management experience.
- Post-secondary education; university degree is required.
- Valid driver license
- Strong leadership skills
- Acute business sense and strong financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to train, develop, evaluate and supervise other associates
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and assimilate market data
- Excellent computer skills
- Flexibility to travel when required
Pay Range: $89,900.00 to $157,300.00
**Where Applicable**: Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
