Regional Sales Development Manager

At Silver Hills Bakery, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in Western Canada by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including Costco and Loblaw banners.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building solid relationships and delivering exceptional results. You will have the chance to work closely with our internal team of top-notch professionals, including sales, marketing, and business development experts, to drive the long-term growth of our brands in the region.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in Western Canada.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key customers, including Costco and Loblaw banners.
- Conduct regular visits to customer locations to discuss business opportunities, promote products, and provide educational support.
- Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field.
- Minimum 4-7 years' experience in territory management in Consumer Products Goods and/or Baking industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid BC license and reliable vehicle for travel.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $94,000 per year, based on experience.
