Description

The Administrative Assistant works as a part of the business Office team of Sherbrooke Community Centre providing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and other support duties including assisting residents and staff with their administrative and financial needs. The Administrative Assistant contributes to excellent public and internal relations through friendly, courteous and personal contact with residents, staff, families and other affiliations.
- Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks

- Ability to work in a minimum supervision in an environment with constant interruptions

Required Qualifications
- Business Administration Degree or Certificate/Diploma in Accounting/Finance

Hours of Work: In a week rotation: 5 shifts of 6 hours
0930AM-4PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 30 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
