SUMMARY

As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will work collaboratively to manage customer inquiries, process orders, prepare sales reports, and assist with other sales-related tasks as needed. You will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the sales team, ensuring that all sales-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

AS A SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:

- Handling phone calls, inquiries, and Hubspot chats from current and potential customers, providing them with the information and support as needed.- Overseeing the sales support queue, and responding to inquiries from sales team members, providing them with the information and support they need to be successful.-
- Preparing any sales decks for team meetings and presentations.-
- Managing sample requests, maintaining an archive of marketing materials, and creating media kits for the sales team as needed.-
- Generating and maintaining the Client Bonus & Utilization reports, which track sales performance against sales targets and provide insights into sales trends and opportunities.-
- Maintaining and updating zone analysis reports, which provide insights into sales performance by geographic region.-
- Updating Daily Pulse Reports, which provide a snapshot of our sales performance on a daily basis and help identify areas where DRMG needs to focus their efforts.-
- Assisting in accurately entering new bookings into the system when required.-
- Working collaboratively with the internal team to review lead information, and make sure that it is accurate and complete, as well as assign leads to appropriate sales team members.-
- Reviewing sales notes and following up with leads as necessary to ensure that they are properly engaged and moving through the sales funnel.YOU CAN EXCEL AS A SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR IF YOU HAVE:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.-
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a Sales Support role or a similar role.-
- The ability to speak and understand French is an asset.-
- A strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts, and are familiar with sales processes and strategies.-
- Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM Systems (i.e. Netsuite), and other sales-related software tools.-
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders.-
- The ability to provide excellent customer service and be able to handle customer inquiries while resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.-
- Effective organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry, order processing, and other sales-related activities.- Strong project management skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
