Job Summary: The remote Sales Coordinator provides support to the Managing Director, Animal Welfare Directors, and Software Specialist Director by addressing customer needs. The Sales Coordinator's responsibilities include supporting the sales team, ensuring order fulfillment, coordinating with various departments, managing administrative tasks, assisting with Salesforce administration, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Job Location: Remote work is not available in AK, MT, HI (US) and Quebec, Nunavut, NW Territories, Yukon (Canada)
Main Responsibilities:
- Updates and maintains records.- Assists with the creation of proposals, reports, presentations, and other sales documents.- Prepares and runs reports.- Works with team members on a wide array of projects within the sales functions.- Assists in responding to RFI’s/RFP’s.- Updates account information in appropriate systems.- May communicate directly with clients or handle inbound communications.- May coordinate meetings, sales conferences, and/or events.- May be escalation point for customer inquiries regarding order processing.- May process orders.- May work through shipping issues.- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years’ relevant experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- CRM Experience (Salesforce, DAX and Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Education: Post-secondary education, Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology, Animal Health, related field, and/or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)

- Ability to prioritize and determine most urgent needs by scanning the inbox.- Ability to multi-task coupled with strong organizational and time management skills.- Accountable and able to prioritize tasks as necessary with little supervision.- Keen attention to detail given by customers and able to make the necessary decisions to give the best possible customer experience.- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills.- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.- Must be tech-savvy, have multiple windows open, navigate tabs quickly.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
