SUMMARY

As a Sales Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for intaking, qualifying and vetting inbound leads to research and identify potential customers. You will work closely with the Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing teams to streamline lead assignment ensuring the right tier of opportunity is directed to the best suited sales rep or team to win business and populate the sales pipeline.

AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:

- Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company- Qualifying and conducting research on potential customers- Following up and assigning inbound leads to the internal and external salesforce- Tracking progress towards meeting sales goals- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets- Collaborating with marketing to track and identify appropriate sales nurturing activities- Using lead funnel pipeline software (Netsuite) to manage leads and sales activities- Coordinate any issues or concerns with internal teams and external partners if applicable- Staying up-to-date on company verticals, trends, and product coverage- Providing regular reports on sales activities and results to management
- Living our core values and contributing with feedback, suggestions and ideas to make the company successful

YOU CAN EXCEL AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR IF YOU HAVE:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales administration or customer service- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills- Time management and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility and adaptability to change
