**Résumé du poste**
Le/la conseill(ère) est le/la principal(e) agent(e) de liaison entre les magasins franchisés et le siège de l'entreprise. Il dirige et assiste les franchisés qui lui sont confiés afin d'atteindre les objectifs de la société et des actionnaires. En s'appuyant sur son expérience des opérations de restauration et des affaires, sur l'expertise d'autres départements fonctionnels ainsi que sur des connaissances spécifiques à l'industrie, il fournit des conseils, de l'encadrement, de l'aide et des avis aux propriétaires/exploitants de franchises afin d'avoir un impact positif et d'améliorer les ventes et les profits, et d'assurer la conformité aux systèmes et normes d'exploitation de la marque. Il/elle dirige l'ouverture des restaurants et joue un rôle majeur dans la mise en place des restaurants ainsi que dans la formation des franchisés et de l'équipe du restaurant. I/elle partage la responsabilité de la protection de l'expérience et de la réputation de la marque.
**Responsabilités (liste non exhaustive)**
- Contrôler les opérations des franchises dans les zones définies afin d'assurer la réalisation et l'exécution cohérentes des normes de sécurité alimentaire, de qualité, de service et de propreté. Utiliser les processus convenus pour y parvenir.
- Protéger le capital et la valeur des marques en veillant à ce que les franchises exécutent et livrent de manière cohérente les produits approuvés, respectent les procédures, les menus, la protection de la marque et les normes de la marque.
- Planifier et effectuer des visites de travail dans les magasins avec chaque franchisé afin de garantir l'amélioration continue des normes de qualité, de service et de propreté dans toutes les parties de la journée, y compris le contrôle de la qualité des produits alimentaires. Contrôler et garantir l'excellence du service dans l'ensemble du magasin, y compris le respect des normes de courtoisie envers les clients ; mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives et assurer le suivi nécessaire.
- Déterminer la situation financière de chaque opération de franchise ; surveiller les progrès réalisés. Fournir des avis et des conseils en utilisant les systèmes et les outils approuvés de la marque pour améliorer la santé financière de l'exploitation de la franchise. Établir un budget de vente et d'exploitation pour les zones assignées.
- Optimiser les objectifs de vente par rapport au budget et à l'année précédente, y compris le suivi et l'exécution des programmes de marketing nationaux, coopératifs et locaux.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing et le directeur des opérations à l'élaboration des plans de marketing des magasins locaux. Gérer les besoins des magasins assignés pour le lancement de nouveaux produits/procédures.
- Établir et gérer efficacement les relations de partenariat avec les franchisés, le personnel de l'entreprise et les fournisseurs.
- Assurer la direction de l'élaboration et de la gestion des objectifs commerciaux et de marketing par le biais de partenariats efficaces avec les services, les fournisseurs et les franchisés concernés.
- Aider les franchisés à mettre en œuvre les plans et les programmes de ressources humaines et de formation, selon les besoins, afin que tous les restaurants restent à jour dans l'exécution des programmes.
- Organiser la formation des franchisés et des employés des restaurants en fonction des besoins pour l'ouverture des restaurants et les initiatives de formation liées à la région.
- Gérer efficacement et avec succès les ouvertures de restaurants dans les zones assignées.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches liées à l'emploi qui peuvent être assignées ou exigées.

- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à gérer des priorités et des projets multiples dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes, à voir les implications et à fournir des solutions créatives et des recommandations.
- Honnêteté, intégrité et capacité à maintenir un haut degré de confidentialité.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale
- Maîtrise de MS Office
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps à l'aide d'Outlook ou d'autres programmes de planification.
