**What You’ll Be Doing**:You will be a welcomed member of the Sienna team, working collaboratively with the executive assistants and key stakeholders to support a Senior Executive Team Member (EVP) with all executive and administrative matters in all areas under their respective responsibilities.
- Compile data and reports, prepare agendas and meeting packages, and respond to routine formal written correspondence; coordinate meetings and teleconferences
- Support with expense reports, arrange and book corporate and personal functions for the EVP
- Coordinate meeting agendas and materials where EVP is the chair, take and distribute minutes and follow up and report to the EVP
- Respond to issues and tasks on behalf of the EVP as directed, often in high pressure situations
- Proactively manage the daily schedule for the EVP, rationalizing and prioritizing competing demands from various sources from within and outside the organization
- Communicate in person and through correspondence with high level contacts inside and outside the organization such as vendors and senior leadership
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters
- Proactively create and maintain effective workflow and communications to accomplish the work of the Operations office, which includes the handling of a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Who You Are**:

- You are willing to commute to our Markham office frequently to collaborate with our Senior Executive team members
- You have at least five years of experience supporting executive level management at a publicly traded organization
- You are proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create and update presentation slides on behalf of Senior Executive Team Members
- You possess the initiative and ability to perform tasks without being asked, and achieve desired results without having to wait for answers or direction
- You have the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- You have demonstrated experience to build effective business relationships with high profile internal and external clients
- You have proven ability to effectively function in high stress situations and have the ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever changing environment
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills

- You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
- You must successfully pass a Criminal Records Check
