The Opportunity

The Human Resources Administrator will provide support to the Human Resources Department under the supervision of the Human Resource Manager. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of a wide range of HR services to employees, support to managers and executives.

The role of HR Administrator focuses on staffing activities, HR Metrics and benefits coordination. This position requires the individual to maintain confidential and sensitive information while delivering exceptional customer service and superior communications. This position supports the overall HR function from a variety of perspectives including document control, projects and duties as assigned.

**We are offering**:
Part-Time, Permanent career, starting as soon as possible located in our Winnipeg, MB Head Office location.

A position that reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and support to the entire HR department.

What you will bring to the role
- A minimum Grade 12 education is required. Post-Secondary education in Human Resources Management is an asset. Must have experiences and skills in Microsoft Excel. Strong interpersonal skills, superior oral communication and strong organizational skills are necessary. Also the ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.
