Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager – Implementation & Customer Success with a strong background in software tech implementation and B2B sales. The ideal candidate has experience working in a tech startup environment and/or the dental or healthcare industry.
This role is responsible for onboarding new customers, ensuring smooth implementation, and driving adoption of OraQ’s AI-powered software. The position requires travel and hands-on client engagement, including on-site clinic visits across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities
1. Implementation Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, including project planning, onboarding, and training for OraQ’s solution.
- MUST have experience with SaaS or software tech implementation in a B2B setting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and clinical, to ensure a smooth and timely rollout for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and mitigating risks.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions tailored to client needs to ensure successful adoption of OraQ’s solution.
- Monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring continued engagement.
2. Account Management:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding each client’s unique needs and objectives to deliver tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to ensure continued success and identify areas for improvement.
- Advocate for clients within OraQ, ensuring their feedback informs product enhancements and support strategies.
Qualifications
1. Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of outside B2B sales experience—preferably in a health-related industry (e.g., dentistry, optometry, veterinary, chiropractic, medical devices, SaaS, or capital equipment sales).
- Have experience in software tech implementation—ideally in a SaaS or healthcare tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and accounts simultaneously with a client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Ninety, ClickUp), CRM software (e.g., Hubspot), and video conferencing tools.
2. Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with dental practices or healthcare clients.
- Familiarity with data integration, practice management software, or healthcare IT systems.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or customer success (e.g., CSM).
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: CAD $65,000 - CAD $78,000 per year, depending on experience.
