As an Accounts & Operations Analyst in our Wealth team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our platform. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from optimizing procedures to providing exceptional customer support and conducting data analysis. Additionally, you will assist clients with onboarding procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate transactions across different banking platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Finance team, Client Support team, Compliance team and Sales team to drive operational efficiencies
  • Assist clients in the onboarding process, communicate and work closely with clients to ensure onboarding in a timely manner
  • Execute transactions using various bank platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
  • Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
  • Perform diverse customer supporting functions, ensuring the great customer experience
  • Continuously improve operational procedures and provide recommendations to the management team
  • Handle a varied level of internal and external enquiries
  • Perform any other administrative duties required to support daily operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Dedication to teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Prior experience in operations within a financial institution or digital asset company is preferred
  • Bilingualism (Mandarin) is a mandatory requirement
  • Flexible working hours is a mandatory requirement
