Call Center Manager

Labatt Breweries is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a leading brewery in Canada, Labatt Breweries is looking for a talented individual to lead our call center operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center, including managing a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Monitor call center performance and identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of call center staff - Analyze call center data to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve performance - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain knowledge of Labatt Breweries products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of call center technology and best practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
