Job Description:


Export Development Canada (EDC) is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in call center management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our online customer service operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of online call center representatives to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and meet key performance indicators. 3. Monitor and analyze call center data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor call center staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 6. Implement best practices and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure EDC remains at the forefront of customer service excellence.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in call center management, preferably in an online environment. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Driven and resilient personality traits. 5. Proficiency in project management and adaptability. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 8. Knowledge of call center software and systems. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
