This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Manager at Express Appliance Repair in Toronto, ON. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service. They will manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, monitor call metrics and performance, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
- Experience in Contact Center Management and Team Management
- Analytical Skills to assess call metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in the appliance repair industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
