Alphamoneta Inc. is an executive search firm identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for senior roles, including C-suite positions for the Consulting, Digital, Technology, and Outsourcing industries.Our client, boasting a team of over 3000 experts, is a pioneer in technology and consulting services, focusing on strategic solutions and operational superiority, with a forte in developing cutting-edge digital agents and artificial intelligence.Job DescriptionSeeking Sales and Business Development Executive with experience in technology sales.We are looking for the best candidate for the job, and our client is willing to offer a competitive salary.-Responsible for driving new business development, presales, and sales support.-Drive P&L targets and oversee risk profile while ensuring that all regulatory obligations are met, and oversee brand development and the implementation of effective marketing strategies-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations-Bring an understanding of the marketplace and competitor offerings to drive the company’s growth strategy-Work closely with the proposal team to develop customized solutions and proposals for client presentations. Ensure that proposals address client needs and are aligned with the company's capabilities-Ensure optimal deployment of resources to achieve business goals-Architecture of proposals (RFP/RFIs) to evince client interestRequired Skills and Qualifications-Sales and Business Development Executive with 10 to 20 years of experience in the technology consulting or IT services industry.-Drive, motivation, and go-getter attitude, particularly the ability to develop cogent arguments and present them concisely to a range of stakeholders-Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities
