At GPHY, we're looking for a motivated, results-driven Account Executive (AE) to grow our customer base and support the deployment of our innovative platform, elia.io, in North American markets.
About GPHY
GPHY is a fast-growing company redefining workspace management. Since the launch of our elia.io platform in 2023, we have modernized the way companies manage their workspaces.
GPHY has just closed a round of private funding to catalyze its commercialization in the United States. Today, we're embarking on a new phase of international development, and we're looking for SDRs to strengthen our Montreal-based sales team. Come and play a key role in our mission to conquer English-speaking markets in the U.S. and Canada
Your role at GPHY
As an Account Executive, you'll be on the front line in turning our qualified leads into satisfied customers. You'll work closely with the SDRs and marketing teams to build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and close successful partnerships.
Your responsibilities
Close sales: Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial demos to contract signature.
Relationship management: Understand the specific needs of prospects to propose appropriate solutions.
Sales strategy: Develop and execute customized sales plans to maximize conversions.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with SDR, marketing and product to share customer insights and refine our approaches.
Rigorous tracking: Use our CRM to document your interactions, track your opportunities and report your performance.
Target achievement: Exceed monthly revenue quotas and play a key role in our growth strategy.
What we're looking for
Sales experience: 3 to 5 years' experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in SaaS or technology.
Communication skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English (French is an asset).
Entrepreneurial spirit: You're self-motivated, autonomous and ready to take the initiative.
Customer focus: Ability to understand customer needs and develop winning solutions.
Mastery of tools: Familiarity with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and presentation tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams).
Team spirit: You enjoy collaborating and sharing your successes with colleagues.
