Principales responsabilités :
- Générer et qualifier des opportunités de vente.
- Rechercher et développer des références de clients.
- Développer de nouveaux comptes clients.
- Exécuter des plans et des stratégies de vente.
- Planifier et documenter les activités de vente.
- Effectuer des appels de vente auprès de clients nouveaux et existants.
- Présenter les produits et services de l'entreprise aux clients.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements et aux préoccupations des vendeurs.
- Entretenir des relations avec les comptes clients qui lui sont attribués.
- Mettre à jour la base de données des prospects avec les informations collectées.
- Participer aux activités de divertissement et de promotion des clients.
- S'assurer de la satisfaction des clients et résoudre les problèmes éventuels.
- Résoudre avec diligence les conflits avec les clients.
- Surveiller les conditions du marché, les opportunités et les activités des concurrents.
- Promouvoir tous les produits et services de l'entreprise.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration du programme de vente, des produits et des services de l'entreprise.
- Augmenter la part de marché et la visibilité de l'entreprise par des promotions continues.
Compétences et qualités :
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente.
- Expérience confirmée dans l'atteinte ou le dépassement des objectifs de vente.
- Expérience de la prospection de nouveaux clients.
- Connaissance des ventes et de la logistique des transports aériens et maritimes internationaux.
- Maîtrise des programmes Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) et du CMS.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de vente.
- Persuasif et enthousiaste.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles.
- Volonté d'apprendre et de progresser.

Main Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Develop new client accounts.
- Execute sales plans and strategies.
- Schedule and document sales activities.
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Present company products and services to clients.
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Update the prospect sales database with collected information.
- Participate in client entertainment and promotional activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
- Resolve client disputes diligently.
- Monitor market conditions, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Promote all company products and services.
- Assist in improving the company's sales program, products, and services.
- Increase market share and corporate visibility through continuous promotions.
Skills & Attributes:
- 2-5 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience in prospecting new customers.
- Knowledge of international air and ocean sales and logistics.
- Proficiency in Windows programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CMS.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Persuasive and enthusiastic.
- Strong organizational skills.
