WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Key HR contact for all employees.
- Own delivery and administration of all HR transactions and documents and ensure quality of data.
- Support managers on Performance Management.
- Seek continuous improvement of current processes for increased efficiencies through digital solutions.
- Maintain, coordinate, monitor and report HR trends and issues.
- Manage the Leave of Absence / Return to Work process to be aligned with local laws.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HR or related field
- Solid experience in HR operations with a minimum of 3 years, preferably in a manufacturing environment, ideally Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Ability and willingness to work off shifts as needed and have a schedule that provides support to night shift employees.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
