The salary range above represents the low and high end in the local currency of Xerox’s salary range for this position and is reflected in an annualized amount. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, market competition, and/or the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The range listed is just one component of Xerox’s total compensation package for employees. Employees are also afforded a comprehensive suite of benefits, that include medical, dental, life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Paid Time Off, holidays, disability, and retirement benefits.

Sales: Your actual On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to sales for Production Solutions products
  • Ensure development of Key Application for Production Solutions products
  • Conduct Solution Specification and signoff to achieve Customer Satisfaction
  • Take ownership of launching products within product range
  • Ensure that necessary training for Sales, CSO, and customers is done professionally, in line with corporate standards
  • Develop and maintain solution/product demos in the showroom
  • Be responsible for the technical feasibility of proposed configurations
  • Assist the sales team in making presentations and offers to customers
  • Segment the market, analyze potential, and generate sales leads through marketing actions, programs, events, and exhibitions
  • Drive the business in the Production Solutions Group and be responsible for sales and related services revenue while maintaining profit margins within guidelines

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales of advanced technology solutions
  • Proven track record in business-to-business services
  • Excellent sales/commercial skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify, develop, and maintain appropriate business relations at the management level
  • Well-developed negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop added-value solutions
  • Project management and team-working skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and initiative-driven
  • Ability to communicate in English is preferred
