Field Sales Representative

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new prospects.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Understand and interpret prospective client’s security, operational and financial objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a field-based role in the security industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: From $32,605.34 per year
