**Introduction**
- Bridal Fantasy Group is a company of over 40 + years of service to the bridal community, hand-in-hand with the longstanding, Derks Fine Group of Companies. Delivering multiple yearly events of all sizes, fashion shows, sponsorship's, and magazines.
**Functional Role**
- The function of the Bridal Fantasy **Sales Representative** is to engage with vendors, build relationships, relay upcoming information about the company (products and events), and close vendor contracts for events. The goal of this client interaction is to maximize sales and preserve the company's high standards of customer satisfaction.
- The sales representative will report directly to the **Director of Sales and Sponsorhip's **and will be expected to attend weekly progress meetings, sales driven meetings, set quarterly goals and KPI's in order to manage a successful sales force.

- 3 day work week, Monday through Friday.
- 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Monday
- Wednesday) or (Wednesday
- Friday)
- Weekend hours are required for shows, seminars and client meetings as required.

- Possession and knowledge of sales skills including negotiating and closing skills
- A presentable appearance at all times while representing on behalf of The Bridal Fantasy Group
- Exhibit professional and respectable behaviour to all potential clients and general public.

- Responsibilities and Duties:_
The sales representative is responsible to do all that is necessary to convert prospects into sales. The following are expected performance guidelines:
- Be present at all sales meetings in a timely manner
- Sales representatives are to adhere to the highest level of ethics, integrity and honesty when presenting the company’s products to prospective customers. Dishonesty will not be tolerated.
- Maintain company materials in an orderly, professional manner.
- Submit weekly sales reports to the Director of Sales & Sponsorship's.
- Meet sales targets and follow sales procedures.
- Respect the policies and written directives of management.
- Make optimal use of time during work hours.
- Perform duties in independent and expeditious manner with mínimal supervision.
- Follow reasonable request(s) made by management.
- Assist with keeping work area clean, neat and organized.
- Become knowledgeable of procedures and adhere to these policies and procedures.
- Primary Responsibilities:_
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans with the Director of Sales & Sponsorship's, to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Remain up to date on sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare and submit paperwork to initiate and maintain contract services.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Identify and resolve client concerns and submit resolution in writing.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings and follow-up and adhere to goals, set by the representative and Director of Sales & Sponsorship's.
- Communicate new opportunities, information or feedback gathered through field activity at the weekly sales meetings.
- Additional Responsibilities:_
- Participation includes but may not be limited to: marketing events such as seminars, presentation events, trade shows, and photo shoots.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
