We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers uncapped earning potential, giving you the opportunity to maximize your income based on your performance. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate our products & services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a solar field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
