Bilingual Team Leader, Claims Customer Care

As a Claims Management Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the prompt examination and administration of claims while meeting the operation goals and objectives of Global Excel Management.
- Oversee Claims Management Team Members;
- Participate and provide feedback with Claims Managers regarding personnel activity concerning hiring, training, development, and evaluation of employee performance;
- Assure claims processing timeframes and deliveries are adhered to;
- Handle first level of disputes or complaints from clients/providers and escalate to manager when necessary;
- Implement process and workflow changes when required to ensure quality of work metrics are met, including but not limited to onboarding new business;
- Review claims and other communications, written or oral, from clients located mostly outside Quebec;
- Work closely with teams from our Windsor, Ontario site.
What skills and training do you need?Full understanding of travel insurance, insurance terminology and case management (an asset);Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
