p>Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships with clients across diverse industries. li>Client Acquisition & Business Development: Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and cold calling.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their brand and signage requirements.Collaborate with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to installation, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed team targets.Provide accurate sales forecasts and report progress to management.Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance through the CRM system.Offer tailored signage solutions that align with clients' branding and operational goals.Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to meet client expectations.Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architectural design, structural design, construction, or a related field.Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in generating and closing new business.Proficient in CRM software and MS Office. Familiarity with design tools is an asset.Experience working with national accounts and large-scale projects.Familiarity with design elements related to signage, media, or architectural solutions.Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to identify client needs and provide customized solutions.Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday
