The opportunity:
Over the next 12 to 18 months, reporting directly to the AVP of Wealth Marketing alongside a team of Specialists, you will lead growth marketing & communication (marcom) opportunities across strategy, execution and results.
What you love and excel at, and what we need on the team:
In our lean team, we operate a centralized marcom group to serve CWB Wealth's needs. This means we bring our individual expertise to our roles, while also leaning into and contributing to opportunities as a team with a cross-disciplined approach.
Strategy across acquisition and retention channels:
You will play a pivotal role in building and delivering on our strategy with a deep care and understanding of who our target audience is for our various business lines, what their behaviours and motivators are, and work closely with our team to create compelling marcom materials.
Ability to bring a brand to life:
You understand how to successfully build a high-end, sophisticated, yet warm
brand, and know how to bring it to life consistently across all marcom touchpoints.
Communication strategies:
Words matter. You know how to make meanings with words - capturing the attention of our audience. In this role, you will bring your love of writing and communication to drive emotion, understanding and, ultimately, action across various content channels.
Content creation, optimization, and execution:
Leading the creation and execution of thought leadership content across our paid, earned, shared and owned (PESO) channels, you deeply understand best practices and how to apply these to architect optimized content and distribution strategies.
Digital optimization:
UX, UI, SEM and SEO strategies to drive traffic, amplify our online presence and deliver an exceptional digital experience.
Experiential marketing:
You will play a strategic and hands-on role in CWB Wealth's experiences and events.
Communications, PR and media relations:
You will contribute to the team's execution of PR and media relations, being a strong collaborator with CWB's media team and agency on record.
Growing the business and measuring it:
You understand what is needed to grow the business, and how to translate data to learn, tell our story, and drive momentum and results. You will provide insightful reporting and analysis to indicate the success, or improvements required, of our marcom programs.
Special projects and business transformation:
Skilled chameleon. You're not tied to only one marcom discipline or channel. You are able to lead the marcom stream for special projects and business transformation initiatives with meticulous, consistent, brand-aligned care.
Building powerful relationships to produce greatness : You know how to earn the trust, build credibility and advocacy from our internal and external partners. You understand respect is earned, not given, and are willing to put in the work to earn it.
What you have to offer:
5+ years of mar/com experience with depth and breadth across PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned) channels Proven leadership experience and success Experience in the financial or wealth industries is an asset A post-secondary diploma with a demonstrable concentration in marketing/communications or relevant industry experience Bilingualism as an asset How you do it:

L'opportunité :
Au cours des 12 à 18 prochains mois, sous la responsabilité directe de l'Assistant(e) VP, Marketing Gestion de patrimoine et en collaboration avec une équipe de spécialistes, vous dirigerez les opportunités de communication marketing (MarCom) de croissance en termes de stratégie, d'exécution et de résultats.

: Au sein de notre petite équipe, nous gérons un groupe de communication centralisé pour répondre aux besoins de CWB Gestion de patrimoine. Une stratégie à travers les canaux d'acquisition et de rétention

: Vous comprenez comment construire avec succès une marque haut de gamme, sophistiquée mais chaleureuse, et savez comment la faire vivre de manière cohérente à travers tous les points de contact de marketing et communication.
Les stratégies de communication :
Les mots sont importants. Vous savez comment créer du sens avec des mots - en captant l'attention de notre public. Dans ce rôle, vous apporterez votre passion pour l'écriture et la communication afin susciter l'émotion, la compréhension et, résultant en l'engagement de l'audience cible sur nos différents canaux de contenu.
La création, optimisation et exécution du contenu
: Vous dirigez la création et l'exécution de contenu d'expertise de pointe sur nos canaux PESO ( paid, earned, shared et owned ), vous comprenez parfaitement les meilleures pratiques et la manière de les appliquer pour élaborer des stratégies de contenu et de distribution optimisées.
L'optimisation numérique :
Stratégies UX, UI, SEM et SEO pour générer du trafic, amplifier notre présence en ligne et offrir une expérience numérique exceptionnelle.
Le marketing expérientiel
: Vous jouerez un rôle stratégique et pratique dans les expériences et les événements de CWB Gestion de patrimoine.
Les communications, relations publiques et relations avec les médias
: Vous contribuerez à l'exécution par l'équipe des relations publiques et des relations avec les médias, en collaborant étroitement avec l'équipe médias et l'agence de presse de la CWB.
Développer l'entreprise et la mesurer
: Vous comprenez ce qui est nécessaire pour développer l'entreprise et comment traduire les données pour apprendre, raconter notre histoire et donner de l'élan et des résultats. Vous fournirez des rapports et des analyses perspicaces pour indiquer le succès, ou les améliorations nécessaires, de nos programmes de communication commerciale.
Projets spéciaux et transformation de l'entreprise :
Vous êtes un caméléon compétent. Vous n'êtes pas lié à une seule discipline ou à un seul canal de communication. Vous êtes capable de diriger le flux de communication pour les projets spéciaux et les initiatives de transformation de l'entreprise avec un soin méticuleux, cohérent et aligné sur la marque.
Construire des relations puissantes résultant en l'excellence
: Vous savez comment gagner la confiance et la crédibilité de nos partenaires internes et externes. Vous comprenez que le respect se mérite, et vous êtes prêt à travailler pour le gagner.
Ce que vous avez à offrir :
Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en communication marketing avec des connaissances approfondies et étendues sur les canaux PESO ( Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned ). Un diplôme d'études supérieures avec une concentration démontrable en marketing/communication ou une expérience pertinente dans l'industrie. Expérience et succès avérés en matière de leadership Une expérience dans les secteurs de la finance ou de la gestion de patrimoine est un atout. Maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, requise.
