**Elevate Our Brand: Drive Digital Success**

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Home Hardware's eCommerce growth and digital marketing efforts. You will lead eCommerce content creation, social media management, and website merchandising to enhance Home’s digital presence, engage consumers, and drive total business sales in store and online. Led by the Director of Omni-Channel Marketing, this position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of eCommerce strategies, digital marketing, and attention to detail.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality content that aligns with brand messaging and directly contributes to ecommerce performance and overall marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty, while driving traffic to Home Hardware’s eCommerce site to enhance online sales and influence store trips.
- Lead the eCommerce team to optimize the online shopping experience, including site content, product descriptions, and user interface to boost user engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop, implement, and analyze digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost online sales.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Distribution to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, with a special focus on eCommerce and social media performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize digital marketing activities.

**We’re looking for**:

- Diploma in Business or Marketing.
- Five to ten years of experience in a similar position, with three to five years of leadership experience.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Focused on achieving measurable results and driving business growth.
- The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
