We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Global Traffic Group. As a leader in innovative solutions for safer roadways and smarter communities, we are looking for an individual who can help drive our mission forward.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in technology or a related industry. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and representing the company at key events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and other methods
  • Present our solutions in a compelling way through presentations, demos, and client meetings
  • Collaborate to create impactful sales content and campaigns
  • Represent Global Traffic Group at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our offerings
  • Track and report on sales activities and progress, providing insights to improve strategy and execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in technology or a related industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Ability to quickly learn complex products and services and convey them in an understandable manner
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team

Location and Conditions of Employment

This position is located in St. Albert, AB and requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. The successful applicant will be required to obtain a satisfactory criminal background check and must be a Canadian resident or lawfully able to work in Canada.
