Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Global Traffic Group. As a leader in innovative solutions for safer roadways and smarter communities, we are looking for an individual who can help drive our mission forward.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in technology or a related industry. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and representing the company at key events.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and other methods
- Present our solutions in a compelling way through presentations, demos, and client meetings
- Collaborate to create impactful sales content and campaigns
- Represent Global Traffic Group at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our offerings
- Track and report on sales activities and progress, providing insights to improve strategy and execution
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in technology or a related industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals
- Ability to quickly learn complex products and services and convey them in an understandable manner
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team

This position is located in St. Albert, AB and requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. The successful applicant will be required to obtain a satisfactory criminal background check and must be a Canadian resident or lawfully able to work in Canada.
