**Job Title: Marketing Director - Conlon Motorsports**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Conlon Motorsports' products and services.
- Oversee the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and managing online communities to build brand loyalty.
- Lead SEM efforts, optimizing campaigns to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and data to continually refine and improve marketing strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (asset, not req.)
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role, preferably within the automotive/motorsports industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of Adobe Suite, photography and video editing
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media and SEM campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
