Job OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that showcase our safety-focused products and services. You will work closely with our sales team to generate leads, drive awareness, and contribute to long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Safety Marketing and Business Growth Specialist who possesses:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the EdTech, health, safety, and environment (HSE) sectors or related industries;
- A strong understanding of workplace safety principles and their impact on industries, organizations, and individuals;
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate leads;
- Skill in crafting high-quality, clear, and engaging content that conveys the value of our safety-focused products to diverse audiences;
- Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategies with measurable results;
- Ability to create sales-enabling materials, such as RFPs, case studies, presentations, and one-pagers, to communicate product value and drive pipeline growth.
Proficiency in platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools for managing email campaigns and CRM; experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms for publishing content; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials; knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional channels to engage industry audiences; competency in Google Analytics or similar tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance; and experience using project management software to organize and track marketing campaigns.
